| Abstract: | In order to meet the social and economic development,Hong Kong shall begin to implement the new civil justice system from April 2nd,2009,upon the experience of other countries' reform and based on local circumstances.This reform involves a lot,and has an enormous impact,known as the milestone in the development of civil justice system in the area.We can learn from their successful experience and get useful inspiration through studying ideas and practices of Hong Kong civil justice reform. |
