| 摘 要： | 侵权行为适用侵权行为地法这一古老的冲突规则,随着社会的进步越来越层现出了更多的新发展,传统单一的模式已不再适应时代的需要,如何来规定侵权行为法律适用的问题成了必须更加妥善解决的一个课题,而我国对此方面的规定略显滞后和不足.对此,文章从侵权行为法律适用的传统和新发展,来对我国立法规定的完善提出自己建议.
