| 摘 要： | 近年来民营企业劳动纠纷不断增加,阻碍了经济的发展和社会的稳定,同时反映了企业内部较低的劳动关系管理水平。为改善民营企业的劳动关系,需从根本上消除产生劳动纠纷的深层原因,切实提高劳动关系管理水平。
