| 摘 要： | 公安机关推行在职民警培训末位复训制,是集多年来培训工作经验教训的必然选择。其贯穿着以人为本精神,体现了从严治警、从优待警的原则,是在职民警不断提升培训质量的需要。应予以坚持、改进和完善。措施有:科学设置培训内容;加大民警参与管理的力度;组建好教学与管理人员队伍。
