黑社会和中国现阶段的黑社会性质犯罪

目前属中国所特有的带有黑社会性质的犯罪团伙在形式上仿效黑社会的一些做法 ,本质上临近黑社会边缘 ,但又不同于旧中国和当今境外国外的黑社会组织 ,有其自身的鲜明特点。受多种因素和环境的影响 ,带有黑社会性质的犯罪团伙在一定条件下可能演变和滑向黑社会。我国受多种因素的制约 ,到目前为止仍未能彻底根治带有黑社会性质的团伙犯罪。因此 ,必须进一步强化反黑意识和反黑措施 ,从根本上遏制带有黑社会性质的团伙犯罪的发展。

At present, Criminal gangs in China, with characters of the underworld, follow the examples of the underworld in form, and they are on the edge of the underworld in nature. However, criminal gangs in China, which are different from the underworld at abroad or in China before liberation, have thein own distinct characteristics. Affected by many factors and environment, the criminal gangs will develop into the underground. Being limited by conditions, so far, our country can not root out the criminal gangs with characters of the underground. So we must deepen consciousness and strengthen measures in counterattacking the underworld, completely control the development of criminal gangs with characters of the underworld.
