| Abstract: | Maozedong, Dengxiaoping, Jiangzeming is the key of three generation leading collective of ours party, their thoughts of the legal system or rule by law has special characteristic each other. They make major contribution to the law and regulation building of China. Their thoughts theory make up a new theory which rule by law, building the socialist country of rule by law in China. |
