| 摘 要： | 商业银行的宏观调控,是关系到国民经济发展的大事,面对以中央银行为代表的国家的宏观调控政策,商业银行必须根据自己的实际情况以及经营中出现的风险,积极应对国家的宏观调控政策,这是商业银行宏观经济义务主体所必须要承担的法律责任。
