| 摘 要： | 随着我国银行卡产业的快速发展,银行卡犯罪案件逐年攀升,犯罪类型呈多样化,犯罪手段呈高科技化、犯罪人员流动性不断加大,该类案件发案频率高,造成巨大损失且防范难度日渐增大。金融机构应强化风险管理意识,加强ATM机等自助设备的日常管理,广大群众应增加自我防范意识,侦查部门应加大案件侦办力度,及时对该类案件进行打击。
