| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作起点的转换,是指思想政治工作应基于客体的实际需要,将主体要求客体需要统一起来有针对性地进行教育.思想政治工作现实存在的许多问题,往往是由于颠倒了主体要求和客体需要的位置,强调主体要求,忽视客体需要状况而造成的.实现这个转换必须探究其产生的深层次的原因,从理论、历史、现实各个层面上寻找根据,并在实践中有步骤、分层次的实施.

| Abstract: | The conversion means ideological and political work should be carried out in accordance with the object's needs. We pay attention to a lot of faults in ideological and politcal work while neglecting the needs of the object's. We must get to the root of the problem and find out its hidden and internal connections from theretical and realistic angles before solving them step by step in practice. |
