失地农民社会保障问题研究

目前,在我国农村,由于缺乏基本的社会保障,加之农民的再就业能力较差,导致大量的失地农民成为无地可种、无工可打、无保可依、生活水平较低的弱势群体。本文分析了制约失地农民社会保障的因素,认为应通过尽快完善征地制度,加快筹集社会保障基金,推进农村社会保障制度建设,完善就业保障机制。

The study on social security for the losed land peasant

At present,but in our country countryside,as a result of lacks the basic social security,farmer's re-employment ability is bad,not have the labor to be possible to hit,not to guarantee may depend on,the living standard low weak trend community.This article analyzed the restriction to lose the farmer social security factor,speeds up the collection social insurance fund,advances the countryside social security systems construction,consummates the employment safeguard mechanism and so on to solve this problem.
