乡村精英与规则变迁

乡村治理模式与乡土社会法律秩序的形成,从很大程度上依赖于两个结构性因素:乡村精英与规则。一方面,乡村精英根据地方的需要选择适用不同层面的规则,并在这一过程中不断对多元规则进行整合;另一方面,规则凭借自身的公共性、普遍性以及强制性约束和规范乡村精英的行为,并最终保证乡土社会和谐的生活方式。

The Countryside Elites and Changes of Rule

The governing model and the law order of countryside depend on two main structural factors: the countryside elites and rules.One side the countryside elites will chose different rules according to the need of local area,the other side rules will limit and regulate the action of elites by means of its own publicity,generalization and compulsion,which maintains the harmonious life style in countryside.
