| 摘 要： | 限制财产权侦查措施是针对贪利型犯罪行之有效的手段,财产权是公民基本的权利,完善限制财产权侦查措施有利于保护犯罪嫌疑人的合法财产权,有利于保护受害人的合法权益,而且为侦查机关严格、公正执法提供了重要的法律依据。

| Abstract: | Investigative measure of limited property rights is the effective measurement to fight against illegal gain nf property and corruption crime. Property rights are basic rights of citizens. Improving investigative measure of limited property rights can protect property rights of suspeet and victim, and provide the legal basis for the rigid law enforcemenl of investigation organs. |
