| 摘 要： | 当前,构建"社会主义和谐社会"成为全社会共同的奋斗目标.企业是社会的基本单元之一,其社会责任在当前显得更加重要.本文在分析建设和谐社会与强化企业社会责任的关系的基础上对现阶段我国企业社会责任建设中所存在的问题、原因一一进行了研究,并就如何强化企业社会责任进行一些探讨.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,to establish a socialist harmonious society has become the common goal of the whole society.Enterprise is one of the society's fundamental units and its social responsibility has become more and more important.Based on the analysis of the relationships between the establishment of a harmonious society and the enhancement of enterprises' responsibilities,this article has done some research in the present problems existing in our enterprises' social responsibilities building and analyzed the reasons behind.This paper has also probed into the question on how to intensify enterprises' responsibilities. |
