| 摘 要： | 从理论的产生到许多国家付诸实施的有益尝试,建构循环型社会日益成为人们的共识.本文研究了相关法律制度,探讨循环型社会的定义、特征和具体实施要求,重点讨论在中国建立循环型社会的必要性、迫切性、可能性,并对中国现有法律制度进行分析,提出在中国建构循环型社会的法律建议.
