我国矿地复垦存在的问题与对策

矿产资源在国民经济的发展中占有重要的地位,但是,另一方面,我们也不能忽略矿产资源在开采和利用中对环境的消极影响,尤其是对于土地的影响。在全民日益重视环境的今天,矿山复垦工作已经成为一个紧急的、刻不容缓的任务。土地复垦工作不仅关系到国土整治、环境治理,而且也是一项造福后代的系统工程,需要几代人的共同努力,需要多方的经济支持和政策扶持。目前我国土地复垦率远远落后于复垦先进的国家,诸多弊端严重制约着矿地复垦的进程,复垦工作难以开展。这就要求我们把复垦工作与其他学科紧密联合起来,吸取国外的先进经验与技术,加强国际合作,探索出一条具有我国特色的先进的矿地复垦之路。

The mineral resources play a very important role in the development of national economy,on the other hand,we can not ignore its negative influences on the environment in the process of mineral exploration and utilization,especially to the land.Today,the problem of environment is set store by the whole people.The work of mine reclamation has become an urgent job.The work of land reclamation not only refers to ordering territory,but also a system engineering that is helpful to our future ages,which needs our efforts together,needs economic and political supporting in many ways.At present,the ratio of mine reclamation in china is much backward than advanced countries,and there are many defects that restrict the course of reclamation.That needs we combine the work of reclamation with the other subject closely,draw progressive experience and technique from overseas,strengthen cooperate with the international and try to find out a new way that correspond to the situation of reclamation in china.
