| 摘 要： | 随着艾滋病罪犯的增加,其管理问题日益突出.我省监狱在艾滋病罪犯管理方面取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在一些薄弱环节.建议艾滋病罪犯全省集中关押,加大艾滋病防治知识宣传教育力度,配备必要的医疗防护设备,加强对艾滋病罪犯的心理疏导,加强与有关部门的协作,完善对管理人员的激励机制和有关管理制度.
