| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,我国法学教育取得了长足进步,尤其是在专业化规训上获致极大提升,但时下层出不穷的司法腐败现象迫使我们对当下的法学教育予以深刻反思和检讨.而导致司法腐败的最主要诱因是法学教育单向度地推崇专业技能培养而偏废价值观即良心的培植,故培育法学教育价值观的核心在于良心的复归.

| Abstract: | From reform and opening-up,our country’s legal education has made a great progress,especially on the legal professional training.But nowadays the realities of the judicial corruption continuously brings up make us profoundly rethink on our legal education.The main inducement of judicial corruption is that our legal education only concerns the legal persons’ professional skills,but pays no attention to cultivate their conscience.So the legal education should pay more attentions to this hereafter. |
