| Abstract: | Taking the Old Summer Palace membrane eventas the turning point,the environment comment storm was raised the nationwidely,which deepens the citizen’s conciousness environment effect praisal.Contrasted with the european and american countries,the public participation of the environmental effect appraisal mechanism in our country has obvious flaw,I proposes the corresponding measures and suggestion. |
