守法与道德存在必然联系,即守法需要具备一定的道德基础、道德限度,也就是说,社会主体守法的自觉性与道德水平直接相关。同时,还要进一步明确遵守法律的理论依据,这对于完善中国特色社会主义法制理论有重要的现实意义。

The Moral Standard of Complying the Law

There is inevitable relation between complying the law and the morality.That is,it takes certain moral base,moral limit.In other words,whether people can comply the law has strong bonds with the moral standard.Meanwhile,we should understand the idea of complying the law,this has much to do with the improvement of the China Characteristic Legal System theory.
