| Abstract: | Up to now ,it is more than 51 years ever since Nash's first paper on noncoorperative equilibrium was published. The formulation of Nash equilibrium has been transforming economists' thinking style sharply and extensively and has fundamental and pervasive impact on the development of economic theory ,even on the whole field of social science.But people are far from understanding it .So it is important to put Nash's contributions in their broader historical context ,reviewing Nash's work on noncoorperatve equilibrium and re-appreciating its contributions to economics and social science. |
