加入WTO对检察工作的影响及对策

加入 WTO虽然对检察工作不会有特别直接、特别重大的冲击 ,但由于社会思想观念、社会、经济形势、犯罪形势、法律监督客体的变化 ,检察工作的内容、方式也需作一定的调整 :进一步转变执法观念 ;适当调整职务犯罪侦查、预防工作布局 ;提高检察工作的透明度等 ,以适应新形势下检察工作的需要。

The Impact Brought by the Entry into WTO of China on Prosecutorial Work and Countermeasures

Although China's entry into the WTO does not directly impact on prosecutorial work, it is suggested that prosecution organs readjust themselves to the needs of current situation. In the author's point of view, much need to be done so as to achieve this goal, e.g., further change the old ideas of law enforcement; moderately adjust the disposition of investigation and prevention work on crimes by taking advantage of duties, and enhance the transparency of prosecutorial work, etc..
