| 摘 要： | 经过几年的努力,首都巡逻防控网络建设已经收到了明显成效,也取得了一些经验.今后,尚需加强指挥中心、巡警总队等部门的工作机制和各种虚拟管理手段建设,建立精确指导的等级化巡逻方案,实现接警、调警和处警的快速反应,全面提高打击现行和处突防暴的能力.

| Abstract: | Through several years of efforts, the construction of the capital patrolling and control network has seen obvious progress and gained some good experience. In the future, we should work on the working mechanism of the commanding center and the patrolling division and the construction of various virtual administrative measures with the aim of establishing a grading patrolling program under precise guidance, realizing an immediate response to police cases and enhancing in an all-around way the ability of cracking down ongoing crimes and handling emergent or violent cases. |
