| Abstract: | In a modern country,human rights must be upheld and the constitution is an indispensable means of supervision.Because it itself contains the values of human rights,and by correcting the tyranny of the majority of people,protect minority rights;Maintaining the established constitutional rights of citizens;Interpreting the constitution provides that fundamental rights of citizens,as well as correctting government's violations of people's rights to highlight the values of human rights. |
