摘    要:目的建立了超高效液相色谱——质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定环境样品水基质以及包括人血液、尿液、肝脏的生物样品中敌草快的检测方法。方法空白水基质、空白血、空白尿、空白肝加入敌草快标准溶液,经混合型弱阳离子交换柱(WCX)进行纯化,提取后采用UPLC-MS/MS检测。质谱检测采用正离子扫描,多反应离子监测模式(MRM)。结果空白水、空白血、空白尿、空白肝加标回收率在70%~100%,检出限均为0.1ng/mL。结论该方法灵敏度高,分析速度快,操作简便。

Abstract:Objective To establish a UPLC-MS/MS method for the quantitative determination and confirmation of Diquat.Methods The blank water,blank whole blood,blank urine and blank liver were vortexed and centrifuged.The supernatant was cleaned-up using Oasis®WCX solid phase extraction cartridges.Extracts were analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS in positive ionization and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.Results The average recovery of Diquat from the blank water,blank whole blood,blank urine and blank liver were 70%~100%.The detection limit was 0.10ng/mL.Conclusion The method is proved to be selective,sensitive and rapid.
