| 摘 要： | 刑事受案不同于一般的接警,其主体有一定的特定性,所受理的案件在性质上具有不确定性,在情势上具有紧急性,受案主体还需承担一定的法律后果。因此,在侦查实践过程中应进一步完善报案回执制度,建立和完善刑事受案应急处理机制,严格执行刑事受案的登记制度,力求以案件受理为平台,解决目前某些案件立案与起诉标准不一的问题。

| Abstract: | Criminal case acceptance is different from common case acceptance in that the character of criminal case acceptance is uncertain and urgent. The recipient will undergo certain legal liability. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the system of acknowledgement of receipt, establish criminal case acceptance system and strictly adhere to the system of registration of criminal cases in order to solve the present problems. |
