| 摘 要： | 军衔制度是国家军事制度的重要组成部分。军衔制度的设计既要与国际接轨,更要适应本国国情。我国 现行军衔务例的缺陷是:军衔等级设置偏少,与职务设置不配套;高级将领军衔偏低,与我国的大国地位不相称;校、 尉官比例失调。笔者建议:增设军衔等级,严格控制授衔范围,限制高级军官教量,保留兵团建制。

| Abstract: | the military rank system is one of the most important parts of country's military affairs institution.The military rank sys-tem's design not only must meet the international level hut also the situations of its own country.The limitations of our country's military rank ordinance: (1)the grades of military rank are few and are not qualified with the duty; (2)the senior general'ranks are low, and do not suit the status of our country in the world;(3)the proportion of the field officer and junior officer is maladjustment. |
