| 摘 要： | 1946年国民党政府制定的宪法是旧中国制宪史上最后一部宪法,它秉承孙中山先生五权宪法的思 想,同时吸收国外宪政理念,这部宪法有一定的进步性,然而它更多的是一种纸面上的宪法。

| Abstract: | Constitution made in 1946, which framed by the government of Kuomintang is the last constitution in the history of constitution - making in old china. Constitution made in 1946 inherits the idea of five rights 'constitution of Mr. SUN Zhong - shan, meanwhile absorbing some foreign conception of constitutionalism. From the point of text, constitution made in 1946 contains certain progressive, though it still a dead constitution. |
