History and Future of China''''s Administration Reform

The promotion of administration system reform turns out to be the object requirement of social development as well as the means of social progress.Reviewing china's previous administration reforms,comparing administration reforms before and after the reforming and opening and considering china's present reform as well as theoretic achievements and experience of western administration reform,we propose three trends of china's future administration reform: decentralization of rights allocation;flexibility of organization pattern;customer-oriented tendency from administrative idea.
