摘    要:后现代思潮作为一种思维方式,以其“非中心性、多元性、开放性、无限性”等特质,为各理论领域的研究尤其是人文科学的研究提供了一种新视角。同时,它也为人与自然、人与人及人与社会之间关系的重建提供了极为有效的新思路。这一思维方式落实到教育领域中,最突出的贡献表现为引导教师们重塑了他们的学生观。后现代思维方式启发教师们开始关注学生的主体性、丰富性、独特性,使他们意识到正是以往“追求同一、关注同一”的学生观造成了当今学生的平白和单一,进而促发他们开始着手建立一种“尊重差异、尊重个性”的新型学生观

Abstract:As a kind of mode of thinking, postmodernism possesses the traits just like "noncentralization, polyphyletism, openedness, unlimitedness" ect. These traits provide a wide horizon from a new angle of ideas for the research in any field of theory, especially in humane studies. At the same time,it also provides a new effective thinking for the reconstruction of the relation between man and nature,between man and society and between himself. As a kind of mode of thinking,postmodernism contributes to reconstruct the teacher's outlook on students. It arouses that teachers begin to pay close attention to the complexity, peculiarity of every student, which makes teachers recognize that the outlook on students before is wrong because it always kept eyes on identity of the students. Now,teachers are trying to establish a new outlook on students which will attach importance to the diversity of the students and will make every student a real subject.
