社区矫正法律问题思考

我国的社区矫正工作尚属起步阶段,各地在试点过程中创造了不少成功经验,但也存在一些问题,如立法滞后、制度不健全等。因此,加强理论研究和实践探索,促进社区矫正工作的法制化、科学化和规范化,显得尤为必要。

The Legal Question Pondering over the Community Correcting

In our country,the community correcting work belongs to pilot stage .Some province and cities have created much successful experience in the pilot stage.But some problems to be solved exist,such as legislate lag behind,system imperfect,etc.So strengthen theoretical research and practical exploration and promote the community correcting legalizing,scientific process and standardization of the work,seem particularly essential.
