| 摘 要： | 美沙酮是一种人工合成的麻醉药品,具有吗啡样药理作用,属于阿片受体激动剂。服"美沙酮"到发生死亡的时间超过20个小时,似乎吴女的死亡与美沙酮无关,但如果不对尸体进行解剖排除疾病因素及其他药毒物因素,是不能认定系"美沙酮"中毒死亡。

| Abstract: | Methadone is a one of synthetic narcotic drugs,having morphine-like pharmacological effects,and belongs to opioid receptor agonists.Died more than 20 hours,it didn't seem possible to be relevant to take methadone.But if we do not rule out the bodies for autopsy and other factors disease drug toxicology,is not that of methadone poisoning death. |
