The Important Effect of the Socialistic Idea of Rule of Law in Law System Building

Two levels should be contained by each law: idea and system.The idea of rule of law decides the behaviors and the effects of rule of law.So the idea is the spirit of the rule of law.The socialistic idea of rule of law should be built up and stated as follow: rule of law,enforcing law for people,fair and justice,servicing the interests of our country and the leading of the CCP.It must provide the mental power to the development for the socialistic idea of rule of law in wildness and depth.It also can impress deeply on the legislation,enforcing law,abiding by law,legal supervision and theory in law and other tradition in rule by law.
