| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,党中央关于公平的提法经历了从兼顾效率与公平到效率优先、兼顾公平,到更加注重社会公平,再到更公平、三个公平的演变。这种演变主要反映在两个方面:一是在关注的领域上,由经济领域转向更加宽广的社会领域;二是在处理公平与效率的关系问题上,由更加注重效率转变为更加注重公平。
