| 摘 要： | 天津工会近两年来，开展了多层次多角度全方位的调查研究，形成了一批具有引领示范作用和实践指导价值的调研成果。主要做法是：坚持思路引领；坚持完善制度；坚持健全组织。今后此项工作应进一步把握其正确方向；切实提高针对性与实效性；努力完善创新发展机制。

| Abstract: | In recent two years we do many investigating researches in Tianjin trade union from different perspectives to produce a series of researching fruit about model function and practical guide. The main solution is that we have to insist guiding by ideas, we have to insist perfecting the system, and we have to insist improving the organization. In the future, we shall grasp the right working direction, and improve the practical effect, and strive to perfect the innovative development system further. |
