| Abstract: | The upsurge of food prices in the whole world exerted a significant impact on Southeast Asian countries' economic security and social stability.China may help Southeast Asian countries pass the crisis by means of short-term measures as emergency food aid,easing food export restrictions,and long-term measures as strengthening agricultural cooperation,investing means of agricultural production and food distribution facilities. |
