| 摘 要： | 新中国成立60年来,经历了"转化性制度建构"、"超越性制度建构"、"返正性制度重构"、"创新性制度重构"的过程.历史证明,中国制度的建构、重构应遵循"务实原则"、"范导原则"、"选择原则"、"实践检验原则"和"把握规律原则".为此需要研究生产结构的可能性空间学理,科学与人文二重取向学理,制度中介性建构学理,制度演变相对规律学理.当代中国制度建构的成果--生产资料公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的基本经济制度,是合规律的.相反,否定中介过渡规律的公有化试验(1958年之后的人民公社化)和某些人力求要做的私有化都是反规律的.
