| Abstract: | In the judicial practice,the right of name and the right of reputation has an interdependent relationship in protection.Only correctly understanding of their connotations and their infringement constitutions can have a profound comprehension to their collaborative protection.It is expected to further investigate their protecting ranges and enforcement,and establish the collaborative system to protect the personality right. |
