Reality and transcension——Hubei University of Police SWOT analysis and its "characteristic strategy"

Guided by the scientific concept of development,the paper studied the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages Hubei University of Police faced,and then brought forward the "characteristic strategy" included the running school orientation,the campus culture,the teaching and research,the building of teachers,the training of students and the administration of school by the SWOT analysis method.We try our best to change our characteristic advantages to competitive advantages so as to realize Hubei University of Police a great leap-forward development and rank among the whole public security universities' top level.
