| Abstract: | Utilizing Power to restrict Power is one of the best choices to prevent the alienation of power.To supervise the udicature by public media is the important means to ensure the judicial justice.The author constructively puts forward the three efficacious models of the supervision of public media to the justice: the model of the public supervision,the model of the whole-progress supervision and the model of the multi-dimension supervision,hoping to function thoroughly the values of public media,to form the systems of the public power faster and promote the harmonious development of the society. |
