| Abstract: | Criminal policy is strategy made by country for preventing crime.Combinition of leniency with punishment is our basic criminal policy.Started from the idea and the demand of harmonious society,the careful study on the application of combinition of leniency with punishment in public security organs will play an important role in preventing crime effectively,serving for the construction of harmonious society. |
