| Abstract: | Personal danger should be the combination of the possibility of the first offence and the possibility of the second offence . Personal danger is different from social harm, subjective viciousness and fault, as cannot be confused. A discussion of the personal danger has a positive significence to the legislation, crime prevention, measurement of penalty and execution. |
