On the Inherent Systematic Conflicts of International Law

The economic globalization quickens the pace of the evolution of international law in terms of its nature and developing trend; thereby rebuild the inner-structure of contemporary international law, i.e., the co-existence and inter-action of 'three generation' international law composed of co-existing international law, co-operative international law as well as international human rights law. While the fundamental difference of value in 'three generation' international law prompts the in-depth conflict of system in international law as well.
