| Abstract: | There are five focuses in the process of comprehensively establishing comfortably-offsociety in Guizhou ethnic areas, i. e, constructing transportatiOn, developing superior industries,building small towns as well as guiding enterprises, constructing ecologic agriculture, developingcultural education and personnel training. Manpower, material resources and financial capacityshould be concentrated to invest and develop above focuses. |
