| Abstract: | It still exists some imperfect aspects in the constructive elements and form of crime of refusing to execute judgments or orders. In order to safeguard the judicial authority, we should expand the subject of crime, reconfirm the objective aspect, clarify the protection of object, and give a true evaluation to the questions, such as complicity. |
