可持续发展反思

可持续发展作为一种发展观和发展战略被提出来并被广泛地认同和接受,这固然有其历史必然性,但这并不能够说明可持续发展本身就是个无须清算、不证自明的真理,它本身的合法性仍然是个悬而未决的问题,因为它本身面临着一系列的难题。如果这些难题得不到解决,可持续发展将失去其实现的前提。因此,我们不得不正视和揭示其所面临的一系列难题。

Reconsideration of Sustainable Development

The proposal, the wide approval and the acceptance of sustainable development as a development view and strategy is inevitable from a historic point of view. However, this does not mean that sustainable development itself is a truth without definite estimation and proof. Its rightfulness remains an unsolved problem because sustainable development itself is confronted with many difficult problems. Sustainable development will never be achieved if these difficult problems cannot be solved. So we must, first of all, face up with these difficulties and bring them to light.
