| 摘 要： | MBA的目标是培养务实型、复合型的管理人才。经济发展和全球化使得外界环境变化加快，企业面对的问题日趋复杂，对管理人才素质提出了更高的要求。我们需要转变MBA教育观念，构建科学、合理的MBA课程体系。使MBA课程能根据经济社会发展需要适时做出调整，实现培养目标。
