中国警察使用徒手与警械武力的合法性

On the Legality of Police Using Unarmed and Armed Forces in China

Chinese police forces can be divided into unarmed force, armed force, weapon force and other force and every kind of force has its own legality in practice. The legality of police using forces exists in Peoples Police Law, Armed People＇s Police Law, Prison Law, Regulations on Police Using Weapons and Armed Forces, Detention Regulations, etc. The uses of armed forces, weapon force and unarmed forces are prescribed in detail in the Operating Rules on Police Using Force to Prevent, Stop and Punish Illegal and Criminal Activities.
