| Abstract: | To affirm joint negligence offense is of practical value to enhance the consciousness of responsibility of the staff to reminding each other I mutual supervision I mutual cooperation and mutual assistance. In addition I it is of great significance for the prevention and reduction of the harmful results of joint negligence. The present writer analyzes from eight aspects the realistic basis of joint negligence offense. |
