| 摘 要： | 我国社会管理创新虽然取得了一些成功经验,但也存在诸多缺陷.要进一步完善社会管理创新,就应当加强中央对社会管理创新的统筹和指导,合理发挥地方国家机关在社会管理创新中的职责,充分尊重人民群众的积极性和创造性.

| Abstract: | The innovation of social management has achieved some success, but there are many defects, inclu-ding ： using one - way of distinctive features, local governments play a role is not sufficient. To further improve the social management innovation, should strengthen the innovation of social management coordination and guidance, ex-ert the function of local state organs in the innovation of social management, fully respect the peopleg initiative and creativity. |
