| Abstract: | Democratic management of staff members comes up against some new problems and difficulties in this several years. They hold up a thorough development of democratic management. In order to achieve a new breakthrough, feasibility countermeasures should be adopted. The countermeasures consist of legal protection, development of democratic consciousness, improvement of competence, material support and public information. |
